Grand Inn

Room was quiet & good air conditioning. Clean & nice. Flat screen with cable good. Had hot water and good bed & very good bedding. Fridge. Table was good with 1 chair of 2 being comfortable. Dresser stand & hanger rack came in handy as well. Thanks.

Because Lori is the best! She is extremely helpful Pleasant and totally accommodating if you're here to stay for a room and just rest your head which most people do Lori will take care of you she is the best we've seen we went to four star hotels and got horrible service but we always find ourselves back here because of Lori we love you Lori kudos to you

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We stayed one night, so, can't ask for more. Yes, the rooms are old. Yes, breakfast was continental. We wanted to sleep, not be impressed! For the price, excellent value. We booked through Expedia, then found out they have a senior discount. They upgraded our room because they couldnt adjust the rate.

For a reasonable place to stay in Fargo, this place is it. I never had issues like others did during my 4 night stay. My room was clean, and smoke free.

Everyone is saying how they don't feel save with the people outside. 1. Then don't stay there 2. Stop judging people without knowing them. Those people mind they're business and don't bother others, when they do the office calls the cops. The rooms could be better but was glad for a place to stay The staff are great most of them. Special thanks to the young pregnant lady who gifted me some clothes, extremely kind

I've been staying here for a while for now, convenient for my work situation. They've had a bad reputation in the past, but admittedly they have made major improvements. I haven't had any problems,met some very nice people. A lot of people here are working folks, the staff is very helpful. I would say, don't go off the stories you've heard. At least that's my suggestion.

It's a short trip from the airport to the motel, my Uber driver warned me about this motel. He said be careful there's a lot of riff raff. It's actually very quiet, peaceful for a Saturday night. I've had no problem with anybody or heard or seen anything nefarious and I went for a walk around 2-3am and only could smell a skunk in the area. The price was great and the front desk checked me in quickly. He was polite and answered any questions. The wi-fi signal was weak from my room. I think it may be due to the cinder block walls? Plenty of space in the room, I had the single queen. TV has all the cable channels. I was a lil' bummed there was no microwave in the room but there is one at the lobby/front desk. My room had a fridge which was awesome and the ac worked great! The hallway is super long and it reminded me of the movie, "The Shining". I found the bed to be comfortable and fell asleep fast. There's a supermarket across the street and other motels, bars, restaurants etc within walking distance. If I ever find myself in Fargo again, I'd stay at the Grand Inn.

It is a cheap hotel, and it is definitely suitable if you wanna stop by when passing. They have internet connection and free parking, but no breakfast was available because of covid, they said. There are a small refrigerator, tv and study table in the room.

Not as bad as they say. We always enjoyed staying there as apposed to the other ones across the street which are worse in our opinion. Probably stayed a few months on and off, a week or two at a time.

Clientele dodgy. Staff responsive. Room clean. Amenities minimal but available upon request. Price was right
